Kalispell Lawyer Kim ChristophersonAttorney Kim Christopherson has been practicing law in Montana for more than 16 years.  She graduated from the University of Montana with a Juris Doctor degree in May, 2000.  She is licensed to practice law in the courts of the state of Montana, the U.S. District of Montana, and the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals.

Kim’s areas of practice include general civil litigation, real estate transactions and litigation, and employment law, including wrongful discharge and harassment and discrimination.  She also provides employers with a variety of human resource assistance, including internal investigations, personnel policy reviews and drafting, overlapping Family Medical Leave Act – ADA – Worker’s Compensation issues, grievances, retaliation claims, and reductions in force.  Kim also continues to develop her practice area of assisting county fire service agencies with the practical and political issues they face as they endeavor to serve their communities.
